Here's our covid safety protocol. I know it's a lot of words, but please read through the whole list and be prepared to come on Saturday :)
1. In order to attend, you need to be fully vaccinated and boosted (if your vaccination was more than 5 months ago for Pfizer and Moderna or 2 months ago for J&J). Vaccinations and boosters will need to be at least two weeks prior to the event.
2. AND have a valid SMART/FHIR vaccination QR Code handy (on your mobile) to with ID to check in:
https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/
QR Codes from CA, CO, WA, British Columbia, Quebec, Kaiser and CVS are accepted (although some of the CVS QR Codes are un-scannable) and if you have a QR code from a reputable app.
Vaccination cards will not be accepted unless your state/provider does not have QR codes.
3. Well fitting KN95 / N95 / KF94 masks (without valves) over nose and mouth required at all times indoors. (please purchase from a reputable supplier. We will have a limited supply at the front desk for purchase at cost). This will be strictly enforced and you will be asked to leave the dance if you can not comply.
4.Drink and food must be consumed outside. Water will be provided outside and packaged food/whole fruit, if provided, will also be outside.
5. Please bring your own water bottle. Cups will not be provided.
We will have doors open for greater ventilation. Please bring layers so you don’t get chilled.
6. Attendance will be capped at 175 people. Preregistration is not required, however, I have opened preregistration until Friday 2pm PST. Go to www.Freedom-body.com/mf
